Under the Charter the committee at any time shall consist of four diocesan priests and a secretary who shall also be a diocesan priest (Clause 12a).  Each member (other than the secretary) elected at an Annual General Meeting shall hold office up to and including the conclusion of the fourth meeting following the AGM at which he was elected.
